An experienced former Chief People Officer, Annette is a highly qualified executive coach working with individuals and teams. She has spent 20+ years working with a variety of organisations at all levels, including CEO’s, Boards, Executive Committees, and senior leaders on a global basis. Her corporate career has spanned different sectors and includes regulated companies such as: Ford Motor Company, Lloyds Banking Group, and the Lloyd’s Insurance Market.

As an experienced Executive and Non-Executive, Annette now works as an independent advisor and coach to Boards, Executive Committees, and their teams. She has an MBA, a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching for Behavioural Change and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

Annette established Acaria Coaching and Consulting Ltd in 2020, and Meridian Human Capital are now thrilled to be working in partnership with her, and her team of coaches, on various executive assignments.

Coaching

Coaching is a process that helps individuals to work through and determine answers to questions or issues at hand. The role of the coach is not to provide answers, but to help an individual examine a topic thoroughly and identify the options open to them. After further assessment, they can then establish for themselves the best way forward and the actions required. Coaching can help to enhance confidence, provide development, and allows a safe space to explore ideas and overcome obstacles.

As experienced coaches, we are passionate about supporting individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential, having worked at all levels on multiple topics and on a cross-sector basis. We have personally experienced the positive impact that coaching can have for individuals, teams, and businesses.

How it Works

Our coaches have a wide variety of backgrounds and experience. You have the opportunity to choose who you would like to work with and meet them prior to making any commitments.

We have worked as advisors to CEOs, Boards, and senior leaders in global organisations and enjoy coaching individuals and teams at all levels of seniority and experience.

We have led and worked with teams at country, divisional and global levels during periods of Transformation and Change, where coaching is integral to our personal ethos and approach.

Working closely with our clients, on a confidential basis, we look at how we can best support them both personally and professionally. It may be that they are moving into a new role, returning to work, changing career and/or needing to think through specific challenges or issues. We will work together, building a relationship based on trust, to proactively identify the next steps and actions that work for them and for the business.

Team Coaching

There are occasions when it is useful to have a team coaching event to bring people together. This might be due to roles changing, new leadership or direction within the team/business, a project that needs specific focus, the integration of new team members or relationships that need enhancing.

Attendees can have individual coaching sessions initially, with the option to include psychometrics; these are then brought together as a team profile and event.

Alternatively, a team coaching event can take place without the individual sessions. These can be stand-alone events, or they can be integrated into wider occasions, such as team business offsites etc. Events can easily be tailored to meet your needs.
